My view on accountability
Accountability and engagement rise together
Accountability is something many organisations struggle with. It can be difficult for leaders to hold people to account, particularly when they do not feel supported in the decisions they make.
My position is that when organisations become more accountable, engagement rises with it.
A recent programme
Seven modules across five months
I recently delivered a programme across 15 plants for supervisors and maintenance managers.
It focused on building leadership potential and confidence around accountability and engagement.
There were seven modules over five months. Each module was a learning session, followed the next week by a learning lab.
In the lab, participants worked a case study or brought their own situation and received peer support.
